We prepare the engineering designs and details for the Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing elements of a building's design. All plans are sealed with an engineering stamp for permit submission.

We offer two areas of concentration:

Commercial and Residential Building Design

COMMERCIAL DESIGNS
We provide framing plans showing the support structure of wood, reinforced concrete, and steel.
We provide complete MEP design packages or single trade designs.
RESIDENTIAL DESIGNS
For both Architects and home owners, we provide complete drawing packages showing the necessary details for all the trade work and structural requirements of a plan set. This includes Manual J calculations equipment selection, and duct sizes and flow rates, Electrical Load Calculations and Circuit Layouts, and Plumbing details.
